- Proper voucher number must be provided at time of booking for verification - No Exceptions.
- If the number is not there to pre-verify your voucher it will not be usable for that appointment (please insert voucher number in note/comment section when booking online) - Groupon Voucher Numbers are are the one listed below the barcode all others generally at top or bottom of printed page
- You Must Present Your Voucher for redemption at start of service please be prepared

it may not be accepted otherwise.
- Vouchers may not cover full appointment.. if there are add on's or extenuating circumstances

- NoShow/NoCall & Last Minute Cancellations will be subject to Fees
- We will not redeem your voucher however we will place a hold on it's usability with us until the fees are paid in full if it expires with fees owing it will be considered permanently void! No Exceptions!! The Fees are equal to 50% of the service value or the full paid groupon price - additionally the "Promotional Value" will be forfeited & Any difference owed will be added to your account.

No Shows (Unless true emergencies which will be evaluated on a case by case basis) are completely avoidable with all the ways we have for you to contact us.
