Vouchers may not cover full appointment..if there are add on's or extenuating circumstances another good reason for pre-verification
NoShow/NoCall & Last Minute Cancellations will be subject to Regular Fees
We will not redeem your voucher however we will place a hold on it's usability with us until the fees are paid in full
if it expires with fees owing it will be considered permanently void! No Exceptions!!
The Fees are equal to 50% of the service value or the full paid groupon price -
additionally the "Promotional Value" will be forfeited & Any difference owed will be added to your account.

Please feel free to review our standard noshow/cancellation policy which applies to everyone. No Shows (Unless true emergencies which will be evaluated on a case by case basis) are completely avoidable with all the ways we have for you to contact us. They are also very disrespectful of us, our time and other clients who are also trying to get into our busy schedules.

To protect our time & it's value a minimum fee of $30 will be charged for all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice & all appointments missed without the courtesy of letting us know you will not make it.
-Our automatic system sends 2 notices the 1st 4 days & the 2nd 24 hrs prior to service - simply keep your email address up to date.
- Any appointment with a service or services valued over $150 will be billed 50% of the full service value based on our regular "start at" prices.

There are rare occasions where extenuating circumstances or unreasonable expectations
cause services not go as expected, we will make every effort possible to obtain your desired goal!

If there is previous undisclosed damage we may have to cut processing times short to avoid more severe damage or issues.
also in many cases medications used during surgeries, taken on a regular basis legal or otherwise can affect the outcome
of chemical processes including but not limited to color, perms & straighteners.

all of your hair service history & concerns prior to service as things like home/box color, some home hair treatments,
medications, herbs and things like that truly can cause issues make a difference in the outcome and obtainability of your hair goal..
For Product Refunds - the produce can be no less than 3/4 full can not appear to have been watered down & in its original packaging.
For Tool Refunds - They Must be in their original packaging , returned within 2 weeks of purchase and not appear to have been abused or otherwise damaged.
